Ripped, Broken Buckle Material or Thread?

If anything tore or ripped or came loose without the help of your pups teeth please let us know.  We make the K9 TailSavers to withstand normal wear & tear, but if any stitching comes out, or there's a spontaneous rip or tear we would want to know and will help to get you another one. We care about quality and durability so we will ask for a photo to show our sewing team. If you purchased a K9 TailSaver set prior to 2022 your buckles  or snaps may not be compatiblewith our current design.   Instead of a replacement part  for older sets a new set would be a good idea. However, we do have some parts from 2021 and 2020 so we can work with you if you'd like to send a message. That was when we used snaps instead of buckles.
