1. Someone else brought it in and set it somewhere
Occasionally, a well-intentioned neighbor or family member may receive your package and place it somewhere in your home. Before assuming your package is lost, we recommend checking with your household members to see if someone else brought it in. Look around your house, including common areas like the living room, garage, or porch. You might be surprised to find your package waiting for you.
2. The delivery person left it somewhere outside that is unexpected
Sometimes, delivery personnel may leave packages in unexpected locations outside your home. Take a thorough look around your property, including hidden corners, bushes, or even behind potted plants. Check with family members, perhaps it was brough in or placed in their car.
3. The delivery person left it on the truck and it gets delivered on the next business day
In some cases, packages may accidentally be left on the delivery truck and not make it to your doorstep on the expected day. If this happens, rest assured that your package will be delivered on the next business day. However, if you don't receive your package within this timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will gladly send a replacement.
4. Similar address confusion
Occasionally, delivery mishaps occur due to similar addresses or street name confusion. For example, a package intended for your address might end up at a similar address on the other side of town. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local shipping HUB to inquire about your package. They have the expertise to assist you in locating your missing delivery. Additionally, UPS offers a helpful app/service called MY CHOICE, which can aid in tracking and finding packages.
If your package isn't found or delivered within the next business day after following these steps, please contact us, and we will promptly send a replacement.
5. Speed-related issues
If you selected UPS Next Day Air you've chosen the one guaranteed delivery time, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
For Standard delivery if you've been waiting 5 or 6 days please let us know, as it may be lost. The tracking information helps to see if it got stuck along the way.
